We are an inclusive and fun club who compete in the English Lacrosse Association Senior South West League, winning the league in the 2014/2015 season and finishing either 2nd or 3rd every season since.

We are very welcoming and can cater for any ability level from complete beginners upwards. The club has a dedicated, qualified Level 2 lacrosse coach who plans and delivers all training sessions and attends most league fixtures as well.

We offer free first sessions to come and meet us all and have a go if you have never played before or haven't played for a long time! We pride ourselves on having people who have returned to lacrosse after 10 or more years and now play every week. We also have had mothers and daughters train together with us which is really special.

Currently, players need to be 14 years and over to be able to play in our league so this is the minimum age requirement for joining the club.
